jerry_lehrer
John,-- Very very nice rendition. Really makes me wish that I could have afforded to keep the one I had in 1953. It had been coated by a service in NY,
john_shriver
Queasy swirly bokeh in that second one -- reminds me of my Summar.
bob haight
A definite lack of sharpness and weak color rendition from this lens. This was the Leica look of the era.
jcgoodman
Just for fun, here is a crop of the "Ragdoll" photo, above. This is a small area of the frame, near the centre of the picture, where definition is reasonably good, although soft by modern standards. Lighting was from overcast sky, about 2pm a few days ago here in Melbourne, Australia. Exp: f2.2 at 1/60.<div></div>
