michael_briggs2 Posted May 12, 2005 Share Posted May 12, 2005 The chances are that the lens cells aren't direct fits to any other shutter. If you really like the lens, you could have S. K. Grimes, Inc. machine adapters to some modern shutter. If you could supply some measurements, at least to 1 mm accuracy, people could check shutters that they have. What is the diameter of the threads of the front cell? Rear cell? What is the largest diameter of the aperture? On the shutter, what is the distance from the rear of the rear threads to the front of the front threads? The Studio Shutters look rather thin for their diameter, so the last dimension may exclude more conventional between-the-lens shutters. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
