roger_paulson
I have an SQA with six lenses. All are in great shape, but as time goes by I can anticipate needing at least a CLA for some of them. Does anyone have a list of Bronica repair and cleaning facilities? Comments as to your experiences with reliability, quality of work and cost would also be appreciated. Maybe we can compile a list for the members of this forum? Thanks.
ivan_dzo
If you told us which continent you live in that might narrow it down a bit?
roger_paulson
Sure: North America/ United States/ Oregon. Although given a well recommended service center, I'd ship the equipment anywhere to be serviced. Like I said though, the object would be to compile a list for all members of the forum, not just me. A world-wide Bronica service list would be optimal.
SCL
The Tamron site used to list all the Bronica repair facilities....I haven't looked in the last couple of months to check for changes.

mike_bates
I had a CLA service performed on a 40mm Bronica lens with a sticking shutter at: Pro-Camera and Video Services, Inc. 5303 Broadview Rd. Parma, OH 44134 Tel: 216-661-8666 Fax: 216-661-0129 They are listed as an authorized repair center at the Bronica/Tamron web site. It cost me about $160 and the work was excellent. I received my lens back in about two weeks with a detailed list of the work performed on it. I'd use them again.
roger_paulson
Thanks. I reviewed the Tamton website again, and did not find a listing of repair facilities. This list, especially the comments good or bad, could help extend the lives of our equipment. - Roger
