jon_noble
Hello, I am the current President of Exeter University Photosoc and one of the things i want to bring to the society's facilities is an A3 printer. Up until now we have only done BW with a touch of colour printing. However, i realise what century we are living in so i am trying to bring it more up to date. What my question is what A3 printer can i get for no more than ~300GBP? As far as i can tell its the Canon iX4000/5000 I realise this printer only uses 4inks but i can get these filled up dirt cheap as i work at Cartridgeworld but as its cheap i can offer no extra charge for members as long as they provide their own paper. But a problem arrises, i cannot for the life of me find any views on what this printer can do except for the marketing guff. So any views?
jon_noble
Seriously, does anybody have this printer?
jon_noble
Well after some research into similarly priced printers i have found that this printer is more suited to business-like documents. I attach my findings as info is hard to find on this printer
