vadtel
Hi. I made monitor calibration with the Color Vision Spyder2 PRO. I bought the Canon i9900 and print didn't match the one on the monitor. OK. I created Profile with the Print Fix. I went to the i9900 printer preferences, found the new profile created by Print Fix and set it as default. I open CS2 "Print with Preview" and choose "Let Printer Determine Colors". Media was set correct - canon Plus Glossy. Print. The picture was 100% the same as the print I made without creating Profile with the Print Fix. Didn't match that one from monitor. Brightness, colors, contrast... What did I do wrong? Should I change mannual-auto settings in the printer dialog window after creating profile by Print Fix? Or after making that profile as a default no changes needed with the same paper type and print size? Should I check and enable "ICM"? Any suggestions? Sorry for the long explanation! Ed_Ingold
In Photoshop CS2, select "Let Photoshop determine the colors" and enter the print profile immediately below. In the print driver, select "Use ICM" and below, select "No Color [local] Adjustments".
Ed_Ingold
Make sure the printer resolution, speed an other options correspond to the profile specifications.
