ryan_whitaker
I have a Browning No. 2A Folding Autographic camera that was my grandmother's. I have been storing this old camera, wrapped in plastic, in the bottom of my sock drawer for years. I have no idea what to do with it. <p> It appears to be completely functional. This camera has a little viewfinder mounted on its side, so that while looking at it, you get the feeling you are holding the camera 'sideways.' <p> Is there any type of film that might still work with this old thing? <p> Seeing this forum suggests there might be a market for it 'out there.' Any ideas on what this camera might be worth? <p> Thanks for your help. Esquire@Hotmail.com
lisa_bauer
Try this web site...<http://members.aol.com/Chuck02178/84.htm>. There is film available, size 116, but from only one person in the world <http://www.soltec.com/~terrys/darkroom/ffc1.htm> and it's not going to be in stock until after the first of the year. Plus it's fifteen dollars a roll for 8 exposures, plus about twelve dollars a roll for processing. Good luck.
chuck1
Your camera's info is listed on The Brownie Page in the camera listing. It takes 116 film which can be gotten thru Film for Classics, their address is also listed under the "Discontinued film...." <p> My vote is to shoot with that puppy! <p> Good Luck
