For windows, a screen capture is easy. With all other windows closed,

hit "print screen" (PrtSc) key. If you want to copy just the current

window, hit "Alt-prtsc" and it will save only the current window, not

the surrounding desktop. Your screen is now in the clipboard. For some

reason not all graphic programs seem to be able to paste the image in,

but Windows Paint can. So just open Windows Paint, go to "Edit" and

"paste." It should appear. Save it as a Jpg, and if necessary you can

use some other program to size it down.
