Alternative Lens Hood for 28-135IS and D10/D20?

I'm looking to replace my 28-135 IS's EW-78BII (standard) lens hood. I use a D20 and with

the 1.6 crop, it may be that there is a better hood for the range of this lens when used

with a consumer D-SLR. Perhaps the EW-78CII? or EW-78II?

would like to choose a better suited lens hood for my 28-135, if such a hood exists.

Please advise if you've tried one of these hoods and found that it works with your 28-135

and D10/D20.

By the way, I'm in Tokyo and was surprised that they didn't have the 78CII or 78II at

Yodobashi Camera Shinjuku Nishiguchi, so wasn't able to test it in-store.
