harryo
I need to have some 6x7 slides and negatives scanned at 4000 dpi. Can anyone recommend a slide scanning service that they have used. thanks harry
carl photography
Have you checked with your local camera shops? We have medium-format negatives scanned at 4000 ppi for $8 apiece at Carlisle Camera (a shop in our neighborhood); they use a Nikon 8000 film scanner. Otherwise I'd suggest Burrell's, which is reasonably priced and reliable: http:// www.burrellprolabs.com/digital/ "Brandon's Dad"
rjayres
Try Repro Images www.reproimages.com Their customer service is wonderful, and I have not had better scans from anyone. They handle the scanning for several of the stock large stock agencies, National Geographic, and also many photographers with international reputations.
