paul_sokal___dallas__tx
Well sports fans, assisted on my fifth wedding this weekend. Many of you have been nurturing me along the way, an invaluable help. I've posted a sampling of the shots in my portfolio, "Newest Wedding" folder: http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=490274 My last wedding is in "New Wedding" folder (the people in that wedding were very somber BTW-that's why the pics look so serious. That's as much as they smiled) and the three previous are in the "Wedding" folder. I'd appreciate any comments on the newest pics and if you have time to look at the others, tell me if you think I'm making any progress. Thanks. jewan_runhaar
Well, this couple seems to make up for what the other couple lacked, a very happy couple. Photo's look good, they should be happy (although it is almost impossible to judge from this amount of photos). I love how al those D2X photos look, very smooth and nice colors. Is that how they come out of the camera or just plain old PS?
fotografz
Love the pastels Paul.
paul_sokal___dallas__tx
The only color correction was WB adjustment in Nikon Capture. No adjustments were made is PS except for resizing and B&W conversion. No sharpening was done for these posts either. That's one thing that has really impressed me with the D2X is that they come out of the camera looking great and require very little PS work. paul_sokal___dallas__tx
Sorry Bill, but I'm still in the phase of nightmares the night before, this time dreamed I'd forgotten my flashes, and wearing a diaper just in case. I'm hoping it'll become fun though. The results sure can be gratifying. Paul
KenPapai
Nice job Paul. I swear you were shooting models!! ;-) I REALLY like your place settings/invite cards shot with the diagonal lines. Experienced looking composition (I wish it were sharper). Overall: Bravo.

tony_cabrera
Hey Paul, those are some really really good colors on top of the good framing. What WB did you use?
