JohnMWright
Not a queston, just an FYI. I have some old Minolta stuff, and included in that pile of treasure is the Angle Finder V. I noticed that the EOS eyepieces are a similar size to Minolta, so I tried it. It fits pretty well. Not snug, but tight enough that I'm not afraid it will fall off. vincent_j_m
John, which camera did you try it on?
rokkor fan
The V and Vn are a perfect fit for all bodies that don't use the eye start feature (to the best of my knowledge). Certainly my Vn works a treat on the 1V and 1DMII. It is a tight fit, and a tiny amount of paint flaked from the anglefinder when I first fitted it, but that was no problem. The Vn anglefinder is the current model and features 2x and 1x magnification. Naturally you can see all viewfinder info. Cheers, Antony
bb
I bought one last week for my 20D. It's much cheaper than Angle Finder C but it won't fit on my EOS 30 which has ECF.
chrisjb
Hi, FWIW I`ve been using the angle finder from my Olympus OM system on the D30 it is 1.2x ~ 2.5 fits well but its not tight on the 20D but with care won``t fall off.Hope it helps some
chrisjb
PS the OM has a solid metal bracket and probably make a tighter fit on the 20d with gentle persuation. Still its not loose.
