This is a reminder (since I've been getting quite a few emails).

A couple of weekends ago, a new version of the 'Lusenet' software used

to run the MFD was released.

<p>

This software, and the server on which it and the MFD are run are

generously provided by Philip Greenspun. To his credit, the new

software contains many improvements, the most important of which is

enhanced security.

<p>

As part of the upgrade, the previous MFD email list was deleted. The

old list had become very difficult to administer, as the number of

defunct email addresses increased with time.
