zack_musarsa Posted April 14, 2005 Share Posted April 14, 2005 I live in Australia and plan on buying a 20 pack of Provia from Adorama because i can save so much money, but i was just wondering if anyone has had film destroyed due to x-rays and such. I am aware there are plenty of similar threads about this topic but i just wanted to hear from some other peoples experiences. Has anyone actually had film ruined or is it just rumours? alexandru_petrescu Posted April 15, 2005 Share Posted April 15, 2005 I have good experience with purchasing Provia 100F from Adorama, 20-roll packs, delivered from NYC to Europe, about 3 deliveries until now. Also I used Provia 400F and 64Type II. All rolls up to now were exposed correctly. I believe that X-rays at any airport where a 747 can land are no danger to films.
