bill_harris1
There is a way to recover images that have been deleted mistakenly. I know there is some software that can recover these images...Could some one clue me in on it...Thanks..Bill Harris
antonbar
You may try these programs: http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=file+recovery&tg=dl-2001 (search for "file recovery" under zdnet/downloads). Be careful not to use the hard disk where were the images you lost. The more you use it for new files the less chance you have to recover the lost images because Windows will eventually reuse the space they've been taking. scott_strohmeier
Try photo rescue wizard. It worked great for me. They have a free version you download and try, and if/when it finds images you buy the key for $29 and save your images. Stay away from the expert version, it is pretty complicated and the wizard works well by itself. Just don't format the card, or shoot more images with the card until you have saved the images. wilfred_wong
Sandisk and Lexar 've those software. DO NOT write anything to the disk where the image was. If those files are in the CF, don't use the CF. if you 've one single harddrive and the files are in there.... chance of getting them back is much lower.
