jason_b.
Two things: Thing one is a SM 50/1.5 with a decent amount of fog inside. Cosmetically it's ok, and the front element isn't too bad. Aperture and focus are good. Thing two is a case for a IIIF with the 50/1.5 attached. The case is in really great shape. It's not dried out, or worn seriously. Also attached (I guess this makes three things) is a little tiny lightmeter that looks like the new VC meters. Any thoughts on asking prices for these things? Thanks all. james_elwing
The 1.5 / 50 is probably Summarit. They do get foggy. If it can be cleaned it is worth something; if not, ie etched surfaces, a nice paperweight. Someone on the forum may make you an offer for the items; values for such things are all over the place at present. As far as the lens is concerned, you would have to supply serial no. & lens cap/rear cap info.
