Cambo explorer - any experience?

I found a really good price for a Cambo Explorer monorail camera. (a

stock clearing sale) It seems to be Cambo`s entry level model. Can

anybody comment on its usability in the field (landscape), build

quality etc. Is the monorail in one piece or can it be taken into two

parts for carrying?

I would like to use it with the 6x9 back. The range of usable lenses

and movements seems fine to me for a start.

 

I have not used LF before but I have been contemplating trying it for

some time and have done a bit of research. This seemed like a really

good offer but it has been tough finding information about this

particular model. What do you think?
