sabine_g_sker
Upon attempt to download to my laptop the screen of the camera is blue and the note "One Moment" is displayed. Nothing happens no matter how long I wait. Rebooting the laptop does not help, resetting the camera does not help. The camedia progam tells me "Device is not ready" when I try to click on Transfer from Camera to Computer. Switch to camera to off works only when I disconnect it from the computer. I have the camera 2 months and downloaded at least twice a week without ever having a problem. Any help trouble shooting????? Thanks, Sabine
phule
Reinstall all the software or buy a card reader and download from it.
ron_goodenow
Uninstall and reinstall software and be sure your battery is fully charged and the contacts to your USB cable are clean and not loose. Also be sure your laptop disc is not fragmented or you do not have memory problems. I've had this problem once or twice with a 560 and it almost always turns out to be battery power. No problems with my 5060 yet. Good luck.
michael_beckmann
Maybe it's a cable problem. Do you use Windows XP? Does the drive show up in your workspace when you don't use the Olympus software?
