david choo
Hey everyone. Not sure how you other Pro1 owners feel about the bayonet mount on the front of the Canon Pro1, but I don't like it. While cleaning the front lens element, I noticed that the interior of the front ring is actually grooved like a regular Canon SLR lens to allow for filters to screw in. However I'm not sure if is grooved for that specific purpose. Does anyone know if you can screw filters in? I'd love to be able to screw a filter in and leave the Hood on. zacker
i believe they arent threads but "grooves" to hold the lens cap on. Go to www.powershotpro1.com and see the forums there about using a lens hood with the filter attached. -zacker-
