joshx
Does anyone know if any company ever produced a Series VI warming polarizer(Moose) filter? I have Googled and searched the archives here, but to knowavail. I suspect one doesn't exist, given that Moose filters are new and theSeries sizes are for older cameras.
Alternatively, does anyone know of a step-up ring from a Series VI camera to,say, a 49mm filter? Or is there a way to stack Series VI filters???
Thanks for any help. I suspect I will be stuck using only a polarizing filteronce the peak foliage occurs in my neck of the woods. tommyinca
I would get a series 6 to series 7 conversion ring. You can then get all kind of filter sizes adapter ring to the series 7.
joshx
For future reference, there is no Series VI warming polarizer. However, a Series VI thread is 44mm, and step-up rings are available, although they are uncommon. Therefore the easiest solutions are to either get a 44mm-whatever step-up ring and buy the appropriate size warming polarizer, or use a plain Series VI polarizer and "warm" the image in the digital darkroom.
