j_robinson2
I have been trying to find a Series IX 6 stop neutral density filter and have had no luck. Many of the camera stores I have asked don't even know what a neutral density filter is, much less what a Series IX is. If it is not digital and the latest they aren't interested. Anyone know where I can find one of these guys to fit an older lens for the 8x10?
j_rgen_loob
Serie IX Filters are layin filters and the holder has the size of 82,6x5,6 mm . I had a look to the HELIOPAN KATALOG and they have neutral density filters with the following factors . x2 , x4 , x8 . You could try the following : http://www.heliopan.de regards jotloob

anthony_lewis1
Try Tiffen. I many years ago bought a Tiffen series 9 neutral density, filter factor 1.2. Unfortunately can't find it these days. It may have been special order as well.
