christopher_engeler
Since the 50mm lens supplied with the S3 2000 limited edition camera is larger than the original lens of the SP era, is this a totally new design or is this similar to the 1963 redesign for the S3 Olympic camera? Both of these are larger than the original.<div></div>
eric friedemann
Stephen Gandy notes of the 50mm f/1.4 for the S32K that it is a "new optical formula multi-coated 50/1.4 (the only multi-coated Nikon RF Nikkor)(.)" http://www.cameraquest.com/frames/4saleS3B.htm
andrew_hall1
IIRC it's a multi-coated version of the Olympic Nikkor. You may be able to confirm at http://www.nikonhs.org/
