paul_kurian
Dear friends,I would like to buy a flash bracket, Stroboframe Pro T. I am a 10D user and I will have battery grip BG-ED3 all the time with the camera. For that setup which "Anti twist plate" I have to order along with the bracket. I'm bit confused whether it is 300 VG1 or 300 EOS(the name of the plate). If there is no battery grip, then it is 300EOS Antitwist plate is the right one, which I know. But with battery grip still bit confusing. Please help.

michael mccarley
Item # STATPCE1NB Name ANTI-TWIST PLT f/EOS-1n w/BOOS <http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=103039&is=REG> I just ordered one from B&H and it works well with the 10D and BG-ED3 Grip. They (at B&H) said to get this one. It has a little bigger fromt "lip" to keep the system from twisting but won't work on a 10D without the grip. For that, the one David recommended would work better. I use it with the Stroboframe quick release plate and it works great. The 20D is a little smaller but it should work there also. fxdonny
If you use Arca Swiss style QR, you can modified Stroboframe to work with your it. I modified mine as shown in this thread: http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=008sv5
