gib Posted September 23, 2004 Share Posted September 23, 2004 one thing I have tried with a 5700 for macro - is to put the camera on a tripod and change to manual focus. set the manual focus to minimum focus, and then move the whole combination, camera and tripod closer or further away from the macro subject. <p> <a href="http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=0097qt">another thread here on shots taken with 5700</a> <p> there is a macro sample using the min focus on tripod method shown in that thread.
