Who's takingcare of rumor deletion while they are most abound? I say we start arumor thread on what he's busy with. Say, reviewing many unheard-ofpieces of newest Canon stuff, such as the rumored 16-55 f4 L and the3D... Could he be lost traveling (sailing?) to that silly photokina? CFs, 1/4000 max, ability to choose metering modes etc. just like the newly released film camera: Rebel X....... It has 24MP, 49 af points, redesigned dials, larger LCD screen, supports ISO 9600, improved AI servo, and to boot comes with a 28-135mm IS USM II and all for only 1500 USD. now that's what I'm talkin' about! Read it here: http://www.bunchofcrap.com/lies,allofthem.html With all the recent upgrades, new lenses, etc, Canon's new line will be "CHAOS" (pronounced similar, but with the 'kay' sound). I've checked into photo.net a few times just to make sure everyone was still behaving!<p>Still have my 10D, too much hassle to try to sell it in the UK.<p>That article on MTF and SQF was actually "commissioned" by Popular Photography a year or more ago, just before the Editor changed. Alas, with the new broom doing the sweeping and editorial policy changes they didn't pick up the article (or pay me for it either!), so I figured I might as well post it on my website (<a href="http://www.bobatkins.com/photography/technical/mtf/mtf1.html">http://www.bobatkins.com/photography/technical/mtf/mtf1.html</a>).
