tim_m. Posted August 26, 2004 Share Posted August 26, 2004 The SB-800 ready light flashes to indicate that the exposure was incorrect. You should also see a number in the top right hand corner of the SB-800 display indicating the amount of under-exposure. Adjust your ISO, or F/stop. Hope this helps. Older lenses can mess with the TTL, also the ISO should automatically match what the camera is set for on most of the D cameras, not sure abt the D100. Check the chart in the manual.
