I have to program and on the ouside of the case it says for Microtek ScanMaker 8700 Pro, will this program function with any other scanner than the one listed on the packaging. mag_miksch Posted September 15, 2004 Share Posted September 15, 2004 IMO tho program itselfis the same, but the twain drivers are different and you cannot run a scanner with a wrong twain driver. But you can run the program inside PS, you have to scan with standard driver and save the scan and import(!)it from harddisk.
