bas1
Hi, I have inhereted a camera that I would like to find out more about. The camera is a Zeiss Ikon 531/2 Super Ikonta with a Zeiss-Opton f3.5 lens and Compur Rapid shutter. It takes 6 x 9 negatives and 120 roll film. Is there anyway that I can trace the fabrication date of it? The lens serial is 36152 and the body has a number P8362 RegardsBas
edsel_adams
This model is listed in a 1955 catalog,so it could be at least that old.
