nabeeko
As you can see on the image, there are several "Dots" that show up on the image(in the sky). Does anyone have a clue to what this is? I've had the camera for about 4 months now. It can't be the lens. Can it?Thanks.
beauh44
Hi Steve, Nice shot! Looks like it's time to clean your sensor though. I bet that'll take care of it. Best wishes . . .

khitrovg
Steve, Before you go ahead and start performing "heart surgery" you need to evaluate the amount of dust on your sensor, if this shot was taken with f5.6 or lower, than yep you might need to and the spec grabber is a fantastic tool. If this shot was done with f8 or higher. Don't worry about it, photoshop takes care of that, take a look at your picture now
wolver
I use this method. Works great!
eric bond
While cleaning your sensor (at least the first time) can be a little awkward, it's nothing like heart surgery. It's an extremely easy process.

I would rather spend the 5 minutes, which includes setting up the cleaning supplies, than have to compensate in PS for every shot.

The first time I cleaned the sensor, I thought "what the heck was all the hoopla about?" Care is needed, but it is a very simple process.

Try the methods above or at here.

Good luck.
