andrei_kvasyuk
Hi All. Can Nikon SB-80DX be used in Auto mode with Mamiya 6 ON-CAMERA ?I found one thread, but it's not clear from this how this flush was used. It would be pitty to burn the curcuits. Thank you. Andrei. nico_.
Yes, no problem at all. On camera or via the SC-17 cord is fine.
andrei_kvasyuk
Nico, Thank you. SC-17 is even better. I'll give it a try. Andrei.
gary e
Andrei, I have used my SB-24 on my Mamiya 6 with good results. Just make sure it's on Auto and turned off before mounting the flash. Also, zoom to the correct angle; I only use 28 and 50 with my 2 Mamiya lenses. My friend says he fried his SB-80 by putting it on an accessory shoe; which has no insulated hot center contact.
