Hi there,

I'm looking to buy an inexpensive flash for my Leica when I do need

to use a flash (!) ... I was looking at the SF-20 vs this little Metz

Metz 28C-2 (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?

O=NavBar&A=getItemDetail&Q=&sku=128729&is=REG&si=spec#goto_itemInfo) .

..

What difference would it make to me if I use the metz ?

Thanks for your help !

Fred

Most non-TTL auto flashes work pretty much the same way. You set your ASA/ISO for the film speed you're using, pick one of the auto ranges on the flash depending on distance and/or your desire for depth of field or lack of it, and set the f/stop on your lens to match. Really easy!
