kenneth_mkandawire
My Olympus Brio Digital Camera D-100 can not power up. I suspect that the battteries were reversed momentarily. Does any one have a solution. Please assist because I love this camera. lex_jenkins
Have you tried Olympus customer service? I've found them to be very responsive via e-mail, usually replying within a day or two. I'm not sure whether reversing the polarity would damage this camera. Sometimes reversed polarity will damage electronics, sometimes not. It depends on the equipment and whether it was designed to protect itself against such mistakes.
