brian_millette
Do you think that the photographers at the Patriot's game Saturday night will be able to get many photos (film or digital) considering the wind chill is expected to be -20?? With 300mm telephoto lenses, i'm not sure how effectively you can protect the camera and batteries from the effects of the frigid air. I personally will be snuggled up on the couch to watch the game. ap78
Charles, I feel you pain! It's freezing (below actually!) where I am in the North East. Brian, I have a friend who is a police officer and he volunteered to help work security tomorrow night at the game. I personally think he's nuts, but respect his commitment. BTW, I'm with you, I'll be in my house tomorrow night for sure! :-) Angelo
andrew robertson
Brian, most SLR and DSLR cameras suitable for pro use have an optional external battery pack, that can be worn under a jacket.

roger_li2
I was told by a camera dealer that the Canon Digital Rebel does not operate below 20 or above 90...has anyone else heard that?
GerrySiegel
Hop a plane and lets talk camera stuff here. Rachel is chilly in the yard because its getting down below 70 in the early morning.
