I think Jeff is much more active than I am there, so I leave most of the moderation up to him. I do remove stuff from the PoP forum, I shift whole threads out of there from time to time. There's a lot of what might best be politely called "self gratification" going on, but it's a tough call as to what to remove while not killing off the forum by removing everything!
