photogbob
I'm seeking advice from anyone who has experience with angle finders for the OM system. I've recently purchased an auto bellows and T10 ring flash and the angle finder seems like the next logical step. The Olympus Varimagni finder gets a little pricey on eBay and I read somewhere that the Pentax angle finder works on the OM system. The Pentax finders are selling for a more reasonable price. There seems to be several models of the Pentax and I'm not sure which one will work with my OMs. Any advice?
akajohndoe
Not personally familiar with the Pentax, but the four variables in angle finders are: 1) Image quality 2) Reversal (left<>right) 3) Reversal (up<>down) 4) Magnification (and if more than one magnification is available)
akajohndoe
And, of course, if the finder will physically fit onto the camera!
xato
I think it is the "M" series right angle finders for the Pentax you are looking for that fit OM cameras. These converters don't reverse left/right like the Olympus one does and are more rare than you think.
