ricardo_tomasi
Anyone noticed the new ZK line is already for sale? https://photo-shop.zeiss.com/Categories/Objektive/ZK I'm not I consider it cheap/expensive because of the lack of AF. If it's better than pentax primes it may well be worth it. BTW, why aren't there any 19mm primes (28mm dig) around?
14mm 2.8l
Man those 2 K Mount lenses are pricey. They've got 3 lenses for m42 mount and those are pricey too. When Hoya Pentax HD sees this they may have to raise their prices, assuming people will actually pay 599 euros x 1.4 exchange rate usa dollars = $840 plus germany to usa delivery for a simple 50mm 1.4! Thats not f1.2, but indeed a f1.4 and you are right the pair of lenses are PK/A not FA or AF. Wow. Lindy
dermot_conlan4
B+H already sells the ZF (for Nikon) range from Zeiss so I"m sure it's only a matter of time before they do likewise for the ZK line. The ZF 50 F1.4 sells for $492 and the ZF 85 F1.4 for $984.
jeff_drew4
Yes. . . I have been quietly re-acquiring cheap, mint Spotmatic bodies for this event. Add some Zeiss glass and many of my super-widget modern stuff is going to get sold!

les_lammers
Hmmm...The big question is do they perform better than Takumars? In a year or two they may be had for bargain prices. :-)
