melvin_bressler1
Andrea: Did you have any trouble getting the camera, etc. into the airport, and any trouble taking the pictures. If you take a camera out in our local airport, you will immediately get an 'official' asking questions. Great shots though. I really like the one of the escalator and the reflections. melvin_bressler1
OOPS. Just noticed that one wasn't taken by you.
hugo drax
Nice shot Dixon, I like the first one, it is your strongest of the two and has a nice expanse that goes well. The people on the right side and the slight tilt add to the compositon.
andreatau
Melvin: no problem for the escalator shot, I like it too! As for the use of camera inside airports: as long as one does not take photos of "sensitive" parts of it, such as security control area and perhaps check in counters (usually marked with clear warnings "NO photos"), no one complains or harrasses you in the European regions I frequent (basicly Italy and Norway): a lot of people take their souvenir-photos at gates, bars and inside terminals. So I didn't see why I could not take some "street photos" there! Italian airports are currently patroled by military police but thankfully we still have some freedoms.
