Unique affordable adjustable viewfinder magnifier.

<p>It adjusts from 1.1x to 1.6x magnification and fits all Leica M bodies. It looks a tad bulky but for that price it may well just find its way into my camera bag. Works out at about £65 or $95.</p>

Looks a bit awkward... maybe even dangerous.

<p>1.6 would be nice for 90 &135. Are you going to buy one, Jamie, and tell us how you fare? It doesn't look like it has any dioptric adjustment?</p>

<p>I am seriously thinking about it. I have a 135mm lens for my M6 TTL so this could be just the ticket. Unfortunately my M6 is sick at the moment and it could be a few weeks before she recovers.</p>

 

<p>A Leica Forum post suggests it is only a movable dioptric adjustment for focusing. You might want to clarify. I couldn't find anyone else who claimed to have used it.<br>

"This device has a focus ring and without my glasses the focus ring reaches the limit of adjust and the focus is near the correct. So, I presume that it can correct focus until -5.0 diopter. By the way, I think that it does not magnify nothing; it only adjust focus. "</p>

<p>There does seem to be only one adjustment, so it will be viewfinder magnification or dioptric not both.</p>
