Travel Images for Stock Agencies

I have thousands of travel-related images and want to try and submit them to stock agencies.

 

Would it be better to submit them to standard stock agencies like Alamay, PhotoShelter, etc. or to stock agencies that are devoted to

travel photography? If the latter, are there any stock agencies that can be recommended? The only one that I know of is Lonely Planet

Images, but I've heard that they're not such a great company to work with.

I have tried Digital Railroad (similar to, but more expensive than photoshelter) and sales have been non-existent:

The majority of stock images I've sold have been found right here on photo.net, via image search engines.

(proper captioning is critical for this)

Anxious to know what you have heard about Lonely Planet. Within the laws of libel, can you give me some idea what the gripes are?

As a follow-up to my response, 1 of my photos recently sold on Digital Railroad, via the MarketPlace site for $100.00, of which I get $80.00.

And now, Digital Railroad went under, leaving me for the 2 images that sold via their Marketplace.
