Suggestions - "My Workspace" (redux)

Here is an update of my <a href="http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=006CGM">previous attempt</a> to provide some suggestions to "My Workspace":<p>

MAIN>View own Ratings: Add the possibility to order Columns (+/-) (Date, A, O, Photographer)<br>

MANAGE PORTFOLIO>Custom Data Fields: Ability to delete your own Customs Data Fields (not just active/inactive)<br>

>Equipment: You should be able to set your items as 'Active/Inactive' <i>(allow relation/stats to photo, but show the equipment you currently own first. Inactive would appear in light-grey in the list)</i><p>
