Spam account

<p>I have noticed what looks like a spam account posting advertisements into threads.<br /> Here is a screen shot of the account -</p><div></div>

<p>The thing is, do they really think that someone here would actually buy anything from them after they have heavily spammed a well liked and well used forum?</p>

<p>Hi Anthea...looks like spam to me too; I marked it as spam. If you should notice things like this in the future it will help if you send an email to the forum moderator. The screen shot was a good idea but I it took me awhile finding the actual threads. Regards.</p>

<p>The user and all the posts (quite a few more before it was caught) have been removed.</p>

<p>Apologies Walter - I saw the first ad in a thread I was reading and then clicked on the name to see the account; when I saw the list of postings I thought that it would easy for the mods to 'follow the trail' so to speak if they did the same thing.<br>

In future I will simply email the moderator of the thread and let them know.</p>

<p>Not a problem Anthea, no criticism intended. It was hard for me, but then I'm slow before my tenth cup of morning java.</p>
