keith_supko
March 24, 2004 Dear Photo.net members, Does anyone know of good sources of international stock photography? I work for a nonprofit that does a lot of great development work--especially with education, civil society, and Internet themes--but we have no photo pros on staff, and it shows. Everything I find on the Web---things like Comstock, etc.---seems to have a very "canned" or generic look to it. They look like they'd work well in a general brochure done by a pro graphic designer, but nothing really seems to advertise a good deed well done in an international development setting. Needless to say, our funding isn't exorbitant, but we'd be happy if only we had a reliable source. Any thoughts? Thanks! ---Keithkeithsupko@yahoo.com
mikael_karlsson
Keith: Check out the PhotoSource Bank at www.photosource.com Just go to the search page and search the Bank section for the images you're looking for. Also, check out alamy.com Hope that helps.
