Shadows Solve Sundsbo

<p>Hi. Really interested about the shadows techniques used by Solve Sundsbo.<br>

Does anyone know what technique for having this sort of shadows and what sort of lighting - flash, hmi, natural... -</p>

<p>I don't know how Solve did this image but I've done <a href="../photo/10616062">some similar</a>. In my case it was direct sun through a lace curtain. Exposure was set for the sunlit area so the shadows would fall to black.<br>

I have many more examples with different things casting the shadow.</p>

<p>You can cast hard-edged shadows with a focusing stage light such as an elipsoidal spotlight with a gobo in the focal plane. I'm sure there are other ways, including using the sun.</p>
