sending minox GT to germany?

Hello! I've previously wrote about my Minox GT's underexposing

problem. I've finally found a guy who said he could fix it in New

Zealand. He's made it work better but not a complete repair.

Now I'm considering sending it to Germany.

a)Is it really gonna be a ripoff if Minox fixs it?

(I heard some scaring stories of getting it repaired in Germany.)

What examples are there about high repair costs? How much in each

case??? Anyone's got them repaired before?

b)If I decide to send it to Minox, "Where" and "How" can I send it?

I doubt that it is worth the trouble and expense to send to Germany to

fix GT. Buy another one may be cheaper and faster
