john_a5
Not sure that there is such a lens, an f1.8, as I believe there were only the F5.6 and f.8 available. This site gives some data but have you checked Schneiders website?

jim_momary
The confusion comes from the way it's always printed on a lens/most lenses, F 1:8 ... often mixes up folks

Jim
christopher_ward2
Stephen,
I have a single coated one with the silver barrel and Compur shutter, 49mm. Don't know about later ones.
Chris
normanjnorman
hi
its a 49mm. its really a medium format but will cover 5x4 if tyou dont use movements. you soon lose the corners if you do. also if you use a deep rim filter it will vignette on 5x4 as it is really wide. i think around 18mm equivalent of 35mm.
hope this helps
norm
