resizing photos on PSE9 or iPhoto

On my primary computer (PC) I use ACDsee Pro and PS7 for image editing. I will be vacation with a macbook pro that has iPhoto and PS Elements 9.<br>

I will need to resize photos for email and web sites with the mac. I have'nt the slightes clue how to do this with iPhoto or PSE9.<br>

Any suggestions?<br>

<p>I'm out of date (Elements 6 and a PC) but use "File/Resize for Web" and "Image/Resize" to alter photo and file sizes.</p>

<p>Responses to queries on several Pnet threads indicate that Image/resize>Image size with Bicubic sharper>smartsharpen is better than using the File/save for web algorithim, when related to downsizing a file for Photo.net. </p>

<p>In iphoto, you can select the photos you want to email and the click the email icon at the bottom right. That will open up a window where you select the resize you want to use. I usually go with medium. Click okay and the Apple Mail opens up and you add recipients, etc. </p>

<p>Otherwise, I resize in Apple Preview, under tools.</p>

<p>as Ron say, in Iphoto is really simple since in the SHARE menu you have all you need; email, web, etc... just select email and select small / medium / large as your choice.</p>
