phillip_schopper
I've just moved on to a Lumix DMC-LX3 from my DMC-LX2 and I see that when I try to open the RAW images in both Bridge and Photoshop the RAWs are listed as RW2, not RAW and don't open. I tried to find something about RW2 on the forums here but didn't see anything, so I'm asking if anyone has experience with RW2 and Photoshop CS3. What do I need to do to be able to work with the RW2 as RAW? Thanks.

phillip_schopper
Not since I purchased it a little over a year ago. But, my photo computer is not connected to the internet so I'm not sure I can update it.
montana
The version of camera raw that comes with CS3 was updated in early 2007, so if your camera was released after the Spring of 2007, you'll probably have to update camera RAW to be able to see and open the RAW images. Camera RAW version 4.0 was included with CS3, and dated 4/17/2007. If your camera is newer than the date, update your camera RAW version. If you don't have an internet connection, download the appropriate update from a friend's computer, print out the instructions from Adobe, and use a USB flash drive to transfer the file to your computer.
