ci_xa1
Hello,

I am interested in making a taxonomy and timeline of photographic processes from Niepce to the present day.
A good resource so far has been http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_photographic_processes
Do you know of any books, authors or online resources that have attempted something similar?
Thank you,
CiXa
ann_davies
I recently found a used copy of Alternative Photographic Processes: A Working Guide for Image Makers by Randall Webb & Martin Reed. It covers processes that can be replicated today (published in 2000), so it does not include some of the dangerous or toxic methods. It does mention them.
It wont meet all your needs but I'm finding it to be entertaining and informative.
