No photo ID

I can't post a photo for over a month. Every time I try, I get

the "No Photo id" response, even though:

- I do give it a number;

- the size is no more than 800 pixels by the long side;

- the limit is not exceeded, I only posted 1 photo so far, which was

a month ago.

 

Need your advice!!!

Try uploading it with no, or at least much shorter, Technical Details, Copyright Statement, custom fields, or other text fields. There is a problem where in some mysterious circumstances there is some kind of limit on the combined length of all these fields. Above this limit, the "query string" submitted to our server gets truncated including the all-important photo-id field.

 

I don't know what the circumstances are, because I can upload photos with text fields that are all super-long, but other people report that by shortening or eliminating text fields they can work around this problem.

I've tried to type in minimum information - just the date of exposure, the place and the name. No technical details. Unfortunately this hasn't helped. ))8
