manuel_garcia5
I hope this makes sense. When cropping a photo in the Nikonscan workspace I have two options. First, just crop the image and hit the scan button. Second, crop the image and click on the magnifying glass icon to "fill the workspace pane" and click on the scan button. What's the difference if any between the two? From my own tests the second option creates a "full frame" file (if that makes sense) than the first option. When zoom in to 100% they are identical. Let me know you thoughts, thanks!
Ed_Ingold
The "magnifying glass" will expand the cropped image so that it fits completely in the preview area. If you haven't cropped the image, or have selected nearly a full frame, nothing happens. In any case, the scan is not effected. This is just a device to give you a better (i.e., expanded) preview.
