And there's only one thing to do when it's cold in February: find a sunny spot inside and sleep until March. At least, that's what our older dog thinks. Honestly, that leather chair is supposed to be completely off limits to the dogs ... but we just don't have the heart to deny him. Feels good on his older bones - and the sun hits it perfectly in the afternoon. Got a secret sunny spot to warm up this winter weather? marklcooper
Like I've said before..I take my camera everywhere. I was working in the Perry County Ohio Auditor's office several weeks ago. I had my D300 with 17-55 f/2.8 with me. Here are some of the folks that take care of the residents of Perry County, Ohio.
My D300 with battery grip and the 17 - 55 f/2.8 with hood are not exactly svelt. As long as I have the strength to carry them....I will.

wmervine
I recently was involved in a fund raising project to help a pet rescue organisation. Now shooting models is fine. Shooting models and dogs together is a whole different ballgame. Thought I'd post an outtake showing what happens when things go to the dogs.

I think folks were using wheellocks that far back!

Mine is a VERY wet dog from Sunday's "walk" that he insisted turn into a swim and walk.
